The first image above is a view looking north-west of north-west London, taken from Kensal Green. The building in the foreground is Travis Perkins. The roads running roughly parallel behind are Trenmar Gardens and Holberton Gardens. The building with the steeple, Kenmont Primary School, is visible in the middle. Just to the left and behind, with the beige front, is the City Missionary Church on the corner of Scrubs Lane and Harrow Road. Above that, on the horizon, is Harrow on the Hill. Scanning right along the horizon is Wembley Stadium, with its arch riding into the sky. The second image is a close-up on part of the horizon, with a more detailed view of the stadium to the right. See what's on.
For the geeks - the first camera is a Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I with a 4mm lens, resolution configured at 2,048 × 1,536. The second camera is a Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD-I with a 12mm lens, with the resolution configured at 2,688 × 1,520. A custom script pulls new images from the cameras every 60s and uploads them to the web server. The cameras both have built-in infra-red light for night vision but I've disabled that to keep the colour when it's dark.
